including Yuk Yuk’s Halifax! See the full schedule.
The shows at Yuk Yuk’s run Thursday, April 27th to Saturday, April 29th, with 2 shows a night. See our club dates.

Matt Wright is an award winning stand-up comedian, writer, actor, and director. He was named as a national finalist at the Just For Laughs Homegrown Competition, a national semi-finalist in the Sirius XM Canada’s Top Comic competition, and was named “Best Comedian” by Overcast Magazine 2014 & 2015. He is currently a writer on This Hour Has 22 Minutes and has appeared on The Debaters. FULL BIO

Nigel Grinstead’s laid back charm and absurd takes on life have earned him the reputation of being one of the goofiest and most imaginative upcoming comics in the Canadian scene. His work ethic and jovial nature has landed him opportunities within festivals such as NXNE, Cottage Country Comedy Festival, and No Kidding on iChannel. Nigel received the Tim Sim’s Encouragement Fund for winning Cream of Comedy 2013, and also won the 2014 Toronto Comedy Brawl. One of the fastest rising comics in the country, Bebenek has smashed audiences from coast to coast. His sharp wit and observational rants have left audiences in stitches. Rob has received major praises from peers, critics and most of all the crowds, for the way he rips apart day to day life and calls out idiocy in the world as he’s sees it. Eman El-Husseini has racked up an impressive list of credits. Travelling across Canada, the U.S and the Middle East she covers a wide range of topics, from how lesbians are the new gentlemen to her parents’ wedding anniversary landing on, you guessed it, September 11th. John has performed in the Just for Laughs Festival Gala where he won over the crowd and was touted as saving the show. The Montreal Gazette said of Beuhler, “When it seemed that nothing could go right (at the Just for Laughs Gala) John Beuhler, a young, unheralded, Canuck comic took the stage. Matt O’Brien has been featured on MTV, CTV, Fuse TV, MuchMusic and The Comedy Network. He has performed at Just For Laughs festival in Montreal and JFL42 in Toronto. Darryl Orr is a 35 year old stand up comedian, musician, and coward. In 2010 Darryl was honoured to be one of the finalists for the Tim Sims Encouragement Fund award for outstanding new comic. He lost, but quickly bounced back to lose the Bite TV’s Standup and Bite Me competition in 2011. In 2013 Darryl was featured on iChannel’s stand-up comedy show ‘No Kidding”. FULL BIO

Keith Pedro has been touring all across North America and has performed at Just for Laughs Montreal and the CBC Halifax Comedy Festival. Derek Seguin has performed at the prestigious Just For Laughs festival an impressive seven times. At JFL 2014 his gala set filmed for HBO received a standing-ovation at Montreal’s 3,500 seat Place des Arts. At JFL 2016, Derek had 5 sold out solo shows plus another hugely successful tv taping. Within his first year of starting comedy a few years ago, Charles had already won the title of Edmonton’s Funniest Person. Since then he’s been traveling the country sharing his clever observational- style humour with audiences who just can’t seem to get enough of him. This fast-rising up and comer has already been featured in the 2016 Kamloops Komedy Festival, Nextfest 2015 and the 2015 Global Visions Film Festival.
