Jake Hirsch was born and raised in California and Texas before making his way to the great white north, finally settling down in Calgary, Alberta. After a lengthy career in law enforcement, Jake took the plunge, returning to his roots in the entertainment field and started building shows featuring interviews with celebrities, writers and fascinating personalities. What many considered a “late” start in the broadcast world, Jake has more than made up for it in building a worldwide audience with his fascinating and captivating interview style. After meeting and interviewing Mark Breslin for his show, Jake joined the Yuk Yuk’s family and is now helping put the spotlight on the talent that graces the Yuk Yuk’s stage all across Canada.
